We think these are some of the nicest planters out there. Great for small veggie plots or for a feature fruit tree guild. They have a built-in bench (deck board) to add seating to your garden.
You wouldn’t necessarily want these for your entire food garden (especially if you have nice in-ground soil), but they make excellent planters for shallow soil, bedrock, asphalt or simply places you want accent planters.
They’re designed with NO wood-to-soil contact and built with high-quality timber screws for an extremely long-lasting raised bed.
We’ve built many of these custom beds (of all sizes and shapes) for clients, and they have become our best-selling planters. They age well and last a very long time. We hope you enjoy them!

Soil Volume Needed
Each bed holds approximately 0.8 cubic yards of soil. We recommend ordering 1 yard of garden blend/compost mix and having some extra to top up; or ordering 1/2 yard of garden blend and filling them bottom half with layers of garden debris, compost, leaves and lawn clippings.
